Default A day that will live in infamy

In my opinion, this day is as important to our history as April 19, 1775 when the "Shot heard round the world was fire." There were 407,316 Americans killed or missing in action; 671,846 wounded & 130,201 POW?s (not counting those who died in captivity before the Axis forces surrendered. God bless those men and women who remain with us and those who have passed on, and their families. .

I agree. God Bless all of those men and women who sacrificed their lives for my freedom. And, God, continue to watch over all of them that continue with this mission.

A generation of true heroes to whom I owe never ending respect and gratitude for that which they endured, accomplished and provided.
