I had not heard of the tornadoes yet, I'll have to check on that. The Florida hurricane looks NASTY DANGEROUS! Yes...please stay safe!

I have friends from Miami up to OBX that I am concerned about. The guys down south all work in hotels and resorts, they may very well stay in the hotel until it blows over. The newer properties all have hurricane shutters on the glass and emergency generator. New homes are well built but there are a ton of pre-Andrews homes and everyone lives at the bottom of the him, flooding will be an issue. Prayers and best wishes for all down there.

Right now, it hasn't made landfall (4 a.m.), and it downgraded to a category 3. Praying it will continue to wobble to the right. Stay safe up there.

Then this... How long can a storm last???
