    By the way, it says "No ......"

    Lots of these around the island to remind folks that the storm water ends up in the ocean.............and fish live there

    Hopefully people will stop and think about whether they need the greenest lushest lawn on the planet. Many years ago I lived in Southern California and folks would dump huge amounts of fertilizer, herbicide and insecticide on their lawns and then water them until there was a virtual river running down the gutter. Guess where all that wound up.

    Exactly! There is a big problem in heavy farming areas with runoff going into the local streams. Hard on anything living in the streams.
