    Hi Larry,

I recently purchased an 18 watt unit to
replace the articulated 75 watt lamp I had
previously been using. I find that the
light concentration on my flies seems to be
brighter than with the 75 watt incadescent
bulb, and that my tying tools and chubby
fingers no longer seem to shade the fly when
between the light source and fly. A side
benefit is that the headaches I used to get
after a couple of hours of tying under
the incadescent light have not reappeared.
It works very well for me. Warm regards,
    Jim

This was a timely post for me.

I tied at the "Texas Fly Fish 2005" show this past weekend and several of the other tyers were using the portable OTT-LITE.

After talking to all of them to get their impression of the light (and seeing this post), I have now ordered one from Joann's.

Thanks to LadyFisher for the heads up.

    - Gary
