    Default Help guestion!

    I have been given a rod blank. It is from Pacific Bay Co.. It is 9ft 10 and 1/2 in. in length. It is a 3 piece. It is approximately 4 to 6 years old. Each section had a piece of tape with this no. stamped on it. 9510-5140. From the feel and action I am guessing it is a 7 wt. but it might be an 8. Would anyone know for sure.
