Lol.. They were spent afield with your father..so of course they were!!! But I to am not relishing the idea of battling the fridge temps to hit the"year round" waters afforded to us here in central ny..but I think tomorrow that has to change...
I also have noticed a drastic change in my eyesight over the past 10 yrs.. trying to rig up new rods has brought this to a startling reality to me!! Bifocals may be needed.....
As for those younger guys... I fear today's electronic world has tripped up many n they just don't have the interest...sad the state of this world today
