Christmas advice needed
While I have tried, I'm just barely making progress with my 20 yr. old relative in fly fishing. He is an enthusiastic spin fisherman and wants a vest-like piece of apparel to carry his gear. Something like a fly-fisherman's vest but for carrying spinning stuff. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Perhaps a chest pack with plastic boxes to hold gear would be better than a vest. I think some of them have boxes that can be configured to hold lures in individual compartments without tangling.
I can think of few acts more selfish than refusing a vaccination.
I googled bass fishing vest. The cabellas safari vest was recomended by a couplle of people.

For the last 30 years I have used the exact same vests, lumbar packs, chest packs, etc for carrying fly, spin, or baitcasting tackle.
We sell just as many vests, packs, etc to spin fishers as fly fishers.
The smaller Plano or Flambeau plastic tackle boxes fit nicely on many of these products.
