All I can say is thank you Sims! On the last day of my fishing trip in Colorado I was taking my Simms boots off and the Boa assembly pulled right off the tongue of the left boot. I filled out a warranty request went I got home. Since I have had bad experiences before with warranty request from other companies(paying to ship thing and then getting claims denied, then paying to have the item shipped back) I decided to call Simms and discuss my concerns. They were pretty interested in seeing the boots. I was assured that if it wasn't a warranty issue they would return the boots to me paid.
Well yesterday after work I had a package from Simms on my front porch. Inside was a brand new pair of River Tech boots. Thank you Simms!
