Zonker strip flies like ScottP suggested are very popular too, just a pain to throw with lighter rods. There are endless streamer patterns out there, both historical patterns as well as the new articulated stuff that has cropped up since Galloup reintroduced the importance of large baitfish patterns to freshwater fly fishing.
