A buddy of mine is headed into Smallie territory, and asked for some flies to target them. I have some stuff already tied up, but sadly, was lacking in WB's, so I tied up some. All six are done on size 6 hooks. The Olives have bead chain eyes, and 8 turns of .030 lead behind the eyes. The Black ones have Tungsten beads and 2 turns of .020 lead jammed up inside the bead to hold the bead against the hook's eye.

Honestly, I think those Olives look so good that I may have to tie up some in smaller sizes for myself (I typically fish ponds and small lakes, 'gills and LMB).
