New to me material

This stuff is called memory thread. It looks like a thread coated copper wire. Just the thing for tying those big ol nasty stonefly nymphs. This is tied on a #4 hook. Pardon the fuzzy pic, I was in a hurry. Nice weight, and ease of operation, I just threw some materials on the hook
It was on clearance at my Hobby Lobby for $1.43 for 3 yards. Brown, black and pearlized.

Cool stuff. I'll keep an eye out for it. I'm a fan of copper wire for weighted flies.
