Default Who has a good spider pattern?

There is a nice discussion about spiders on the general discussion forum, which leads to this obvious follow up:

    Show us your spider patterns

GOOGLE does. Type in "spider fly pattern".

You might want to check out the fly archive on this site.

    Kramer,

As touched upon in the original thread... state first your kind of poison, eh... spider type:

    North Country (or Yorkshire) Spider?
    Terrestrial Spider?
    Or?

Me... I am a North Country Spider person. Here are two I like to tie and fish:

    Snipe & Purple

    Dark Watchett

    Cheers,
    Hans W

    Hans,
For me, it really isn't a fishing question, or one of preference

I just want to see some patterns that I might try, whether I fish them or not.

Its another of my poorly disguised ploys at getting people to post more pics of beautiful flies.

    Kramer,

Was not so much a question on your preference, but an attempt to interpret your request correctly.

You are not helping me any

    Cheers,
    Hans W

North Country Spiders are effective and beautiful flies.

the Waterhen Bloa is my favourite. Although I am partial to a Partridge and Orange.

There is also a nice spider pattern in the winter issue of Fly Tyer Magazine. Hope I can get good enough to tie one!
