I am one of the few that does not need this service. I have a built-in defibrillator. The doctors implanted it over a year ago when my heart started going into (and luckily out of) tachycardia. Of course if it were to go off while I was out wading a creek I would be "hurtin'-for-certain".

If there is not profit, no one get one. It’s the company that can find the price - quality - point - and good return on investment that makes them affordable for widespread use. Profit is not a four letter word.
