    Default Urgent help needed

I will be starting my beginners tying classes in 2 weeks. All my materials that I furnish are here but Keough has failed me in delivering all the low cost half necks that were on order. These were fine products for me to furnish in the past but now I must QUICKLY find an alternative and the one that looks best to me are the Cabela's own brand at $20. HAS ANYONE A COMMENT ON THESE SPECIFIC NECKS ONLY?

I like the Cabela's hackle. It's got long "thinnish" hackles and some pretty broad ones, and some really webby ones too. You won't tie a lot of 20's or smaller, but it does cover a wide range of flies very capably.

I bought about 4 of these Cabela's neck's about 4 years ago. They are fine for the money. The hackles are stiff, well colored and I use them often. The hackles are not exceptional long or dense in terms of fibers. They are fine for large dries down to about 14's. If you are teaching beginners they should work for you.
