hook - Dai Riki 320 #14
thread - MFC 8/0 dark olive
tail - grizzly dyed olive
abdomen - goose biot olive
thorax - dubbing olive
wing - Congo Hair dark dun
indicator - 1mm foam orange
hackle - grizzly dyed olive

Part 1

mash barb, start thread, wrap to point above barb and make a bump




measure (shank) some hackle fibers; tie in






tie in (moistened) biot notch side down (up if you want a smooth body); wrap forward, tie off/trim






tie in foam




tie in a hank of CH, cross-shank; pull up, x-wrap at base to prop up wing
