    It seems like I am pretty happy with my flies UNTIL I put the toe tags on. Then they look like a wadded up mess. I hate toe tags. Just venting, I know it's the best way to identify them.

    I did a Wallywing Dark Cahill. After trying for three years, I'm finally getting the courage to tie wings on my dry flies.

    I use Microsoft Word type up the recipe copy and paste it 6 times print two pages cut them off the sheet fold the tag end over stab the point of the hook through the tag end.

    That's what I do too Steven. I just dislike the presentation. I was just being cranky anyhow.

    Tied and in the mail Monday. Not my favorite pattern and not sure I know how to tie it properly even now. Fish 'em everybody and be glad fish don't have hands...
