    Default Hardy Proaxis 9'0" 7wt

Hardy Proaxis 9'0" 7wt in excellent+ condition. Used once or twice. I looked it over carefully and the only minor condition note is a slightly soiled cork. This makes a great big water big fly rod. If you like your graphite fast, you'll like it with 7wt lines, and it slows down nicely with an 8wt line. This rod series has the 3M Sintrix matrix that Hardy claims makes it lighter and stronger than most comparable rods. These rods today (though with updated hardware) are $700 new. Selling here for half that at $350 including shipping to the lower 48 states. Includes original tube, sock and ferrule plugs:

I have this same rod and it is my favorite 7 wt. It is very powerful without being too stiff. It also has a reputation of being difficult to break.

    Great rod!
