There is also mentioned a Tenkara Type 4 rod, which I haven't quit figured out yet.

The Tenkara Type 4 rod means that Daiwa has 4 types (models) of tenkara rod, the Enshou, the NEO, the NEO SC and the NEO RT. The NEO and the NEO RT are new this year. The NEO, which I have not yet seen, looks like a cheapened version of the Enshou, which is being discontinued.
