    Default Crab patterns

I'm looking for a raghead crab recipe if anyone has one. Google brought me nothing.

Also, I'm trying to copy a crab fly I found that looks like a marabou/flash tail and rubber legs sandwiched between two round pieces of foam, size of a quarter (could use felt, too). Any ideas on how to glue the two pieces together without it sticking to my fingers in the process? I need to add some rigidity, too.

    Thanks all.

Velcro "coins" work great for crab bodies; Furry Foam, too.

Thanks all. I'm still fuzzy on how to form the body of a raghead crab. It looks like epoxy mixed with wool fibers, then shaped. Some I've seen appear to have a little flash mixed in. Anyone have any experience forming an epoxy body, particularly any tips on how to keep it from sticking to everything it touches?

Go to post #4; may explain the process a little better.

    Scott,

That is helpful. Thanks. I have some Sally and will give it a try. It's definitely an easier clean up than epoxy.
