Help needed

My nephew just gave me the fully soft tanned hide from the first Whitetail he shot
with his bow. What I really need now is advice on which areas of the hide are best for what.
I have everything but the tail, the head and the lowermost areas from the legs.
The nice short, fine white belly hair is there also.
