I'm In, Black Mercury Midge from Modern Midges by Takahashi and Hubka. A simple thread, glass bead and wire midge size #16-22. I'll probably be tying an 18. Picture soon. Ended up tying on a #16. The bead was too big on the 18... Address please, Rick?
