That situation got blown up way out of control and has since been resolved in a friendly and agreeable manner once tempers were tamed. You do not know any of the details of that transaction nor should you. Bottom line was Buyer assumed the line was like new straight out of box, I assumed my description accurately suggested the line had been trimmed to match the rod mentioned in the listing. That particular line is in fact intended to be trimmed to match the rod its used on. It was a gross failure in communication by both parties, apologies have been made on both sides, and it has been resolved to buyers satisfaction.
