    Excellent

    I tie and fish this for the early season Brachycentrus on a size 16 scud hook

    Thread: Black (tag end use for ribbing)
    Back: black biot (either goose or turkey)
    Body: caddis green whatever dubbing
    Wings: Dark gray zelon
    Head: Black dubbing of some sort.

    I love this fly. I've fished it for years in the olive version, and trout have been very happy to munch it.
