Here's one variation on a common theme. Tied as a PMD (probably a bit late in the season); change colors to suit your needs. ILR stands for "I love rabbit", by the way.

thread - UTC 70 yellow
shuck - Congo Hair amber
rib - x-small wire copper
tail/abdomen - pheasant tail
wingcase/wing - snowshoe rabbit
thorax - superfine dubbing PMD
Part 1
Mash down barb, start thread at 60% mark
tie in rib, tie in shuck; wrap back halfway down the bend
trim shuck (gap width), tie in a few pheasant tail fibers (extend shank length)
wrap pheasant up to 60% mark
counterwrap ribbing, helicopter end and smooth with thread
clean, stack, measure (1.5 shank) a clump of snowshoe hare hair; tie in, trim butts
