    Default Dreaming

When you arise in the morning, think of what a
precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think,
    to enjoy, to love.

Do the therapy and it will be O.K. My dad played a lot of rounds of golf in the years after his double knee replacement. I have a neighbor who says that the therapy hurt too much and she still can't really walk.
I can think of few acts more selfish than refusing a vaccination.

    Hey Spinner,
I hope all goes well with the knee replacement. And THAT IS an "anticipatory size" net you're sportin there. Great pics too.

I have known several people who have had knee replacements and this advice is spot on. If you do the therapy diligently, you will make a good recovery. Those who did not do the therapy have had lots of problems since.

    Good Luck,

Default Do the therapy and stick to it...

    Len,

My wife's doctor told her he could replace her knee but if she didn't do the therapy all she would have is a new knee that still hurt and wouldn't function properly. She had some wonderful in house visits by a therapist and then several sessions at the office. Plus I had my whip and chair nearby if needed - it wasn't! Doc said most folks make it to about 90% to 100% as far as bending the knee and they like to see about 110% or better. My wife made it to 130%! Good luck with the surgery but that's the easy part of the battle. Be looking for more on stream photos in a couple of months.

Yep, do the therapy every day, every day, every day and you will be fine. If you don't, you most likely will end up with a knee that hurts and does not work decently.

So, while you are healing, find a boat to fish out of, you will need to fish on a larger body of water for a while, one that a boat can be used.

    Good luck on the surgery.

    In time!

Until then, best of luck to you. Hope your recovery is quick!
