    Default 1 wt

Got the reel seat and handle glued on yesterday.

I will need to wrap the hook holder on and then I can seal all the rod wraps.

Ice is dissapearing from the ponds.

    Hey Rick,

You are going to love fishing with a one wt.

I made mine last winter, and almost exclusively fished it this past summer.

I have even managed to catch a couple of really nice bass on it!
( four, and five pounders )

You are absolutely going to want to put a good to excellent quality reel on it; must have decent drag on it also!

You want the reel to work well just in case a monster takes your fly, The reels drag just might save your new beauty!!!

On another note, did you ever try those micro jigs I sent you last year?
I have a newer, and improved version this year, if you are interested?

    Take care,
    chris from canada

I did pretty well on panfish with them.

I will trade you for a few flies that have made it onto my favorites list.

    Hey Rick

Send me your snail mail address again, and I will ship them out in the beginning of next week.

The newer models are more flymph like, I even have one made of glow in the dark floss; the perch go nuts for it arround here!!

    Take care,
    chris
