Just wanted to say Thanks. Thanks to Bob for hosting this swap and to the participants. I've had one of these Puff Balls for years but never actually tried to tie a fly with the 'fingers'. You'd think that lashing a few 'fingers' of this ball on a hook would be easy but, at least I found, it's not. So congratulations for making some unique flies out of this squiggly and rubbery substance.

So I had an opportunity to try the fly from the June swap.
The bass didn't run for cover, they actually attacked the darn thing like it was a new food group.
As usual my camera was back at the cottage.
