June is time for Warm Water and Sunfish. Flies, worms, bugs, or poppers - it's your choice. The only requirement is to use squirmy worms in the pattern. Those silicone tentacles in "Puffer Balls" from the dollar stores. Use them in tails, legs, bodies, or wings.

Exactly my question too! Puffer balls are also unknown in my niche!

Tentacle balls can be had a Dollar General for about a buck. Go back to the junk toy aisle you can't miss them. Mine are at work so I'll try to post a picture tomorrow.

I've been tying with Puffer balls for awhile now. I'll do my Mr. Squiggly.

At the "DOLLAR TREE" store, they are found in the children's toy aisle. Round or oblong shaped balls made of very soft 'jello like' rubber. If you squeeze it the air inside moves and the skin of the ball looks like a surgical glove. There are usually a few hundred rubbery points sticking out from the skin that are also soft and rubbery. Can't find a photo to post.

OKAY, I'll bite. Count me in for the 'swap'. I'll have to name what I'm tying after I finish it.
