thread - Danville 6/0 black
tail - duck quill red
body - peacock herl
back wing - bucktail trude style
front wing - hen hackle tips tied semi-spent
hackle - brown

mash barb, start thread at 60% mark; wrap back to point above barb




measure some duck quill (shank? bit of a guess); tie in






tie in some peacock herl; twist with tying thread and wrap "chenille" to 60% mark








even tips on some bucktail, measure (bit past the bend) and tie in
