Default Having Trouble with my PDF, to convert FAOL Artilcle over to PDF

Anyone have any ideas of correcting the FAOL Articles over to PDF...

My PDF is not working, I need help to repair my PDF so I can continue to save FAOL Articles in PDF.

I've used a free program "Cute PDF" on a PC. It works something like a printer software driver. Just point to Cute PDF when you select a printer and it converts the file to PDF. Program is free to download. This is now included the Office Suite 2013 version for all microsoft office products.

Steven, I use MSWord for word processing. The 2007 version will save the document to pdf. I would just copy and paste it to Word and save as a PDF.

What Uncle Jesse said. I do that whenever I need a PDF.

Like CM, I create an article or newsletter then use CutePDF to convert it to a PDF. Works great.

I just lost my Microsoft Works 2000, would be looking for something to replace it. Uncle Jesse, would you be willing to send your Microsot Works 2007 CD to get back up and running? I will send it back as soon as I am up and running again.

So for the time being, I have nothing to write a letter or document. Is there anything out there to replace Microsoft Works? Currently I have nothing to down the bi-weekly on FAOL to my FAOL area on my computer.

I did download the Cute PDF, and it is working fine.

I don't have a Works CD and there can't be another install from my MSOffice CD, I had to buy another computer this year and did the second install of of them then. You have to have the professional model to do more than two. If you have to buy something, when I bought the MSOffice 2007 I got a really good price fro AAFES.

LibreOffice is a very good free substitute for Works.

Open Office works absolutely great and it is FREE...........used it for several years and no problems whatsoever and it is compatible with other MS stuff.

Hickory, LibreOffice I have been told is better then OpenOffice. I too have used OpenOffice for years without trouble . Recently when I had to have my hard drive replaced the folks doing it installed LibreOffice. When I questioned them they said that Open was sold or something ...I forget what ...but that the people that created Open moved on and created Libre and continue to support it. There may also have been something said about no ongoing support for Open.....don't quote me on all of that but I do know that they said Libre was better and the folks at Libre used to be at Open.
I've hardly used it and don't do much word processing but so far no problems.
