    Default Applying 2nd coat of Rod Finish

    How soon must the second coat of rod finish be applied after the first coat. I'm using the Flex Coat Lite --

    Typically 24-48 hrs. Longer than that you will need to buff the setup coat to insure that both coats bond. Allyn
