    Default Snowshoe Sparkle Dun

The Flav (Small Western Green Drake) is my favorite hatch. I primarily use a regular Sparkle Dun, but thought using snowshoe hair might be an alternative to carry this summer.

I know a lot of guys here like snowshoe?

Nice tie as always Byron. I'm one of those Snowshoe fans.

I'm a big snowshoe hare fan. It doesn't have the movement that CDC does, but it definitely floats better and easier. Ross Mueller's Fuzzball (http://books.google.com/books?id=CK4...zzball&f=false) was probably the first fly I tied with snowshoe. It's still one of my favorites with colors varied to hatch various hatches.
