Hey Jack, I'll try your recipe, but I may have to make a few alterations of my own as I am diabetic ! Here's my contribution:
CAMP EGGS
6 slices of bacon cut in one inch pieces, fry in large skillet until crisp.Drain of part of bacon fat not all !
Cut 6 slices of bread into one inch cubes and add to skillet, turning to brown ( my kids call this grease toast )
Break 6-8 eggs into skillet and immediately begin to stir and scramble.
Salt and pepper to taste, add any spices you like such as hot sauce,red pepper flakes, ketchup etc.
Add in any ingredients that you like such as Jalapenos, mushrooms, green peppers, cheese or whatever.
I like the eggs very soft, but suit your own taste.
Voila a one pan complete breakfast ! Paddy
