Anyone go to the Somerset fly show?

I was the guy in the fleece jacket and jeans. Been a while since I've attended one (last time was about 10 yrs ago before they closed the College Park show). Lots of the same faces, comfy like an old pair of shoes (which I and others are starting to resemble). Best part was seeing Charlie Collins again. He seemed to be doing well after his bout with cancer - he said that business at last year's show was brisk because people were afraid he wasn't going to be around much longer and wanted to get hackle while they could, but since his demise didn't seem quite so imminent people weren't in such a rush so sales had slowed a bit; he wasn't complaining at all

I was there all day Friday and till 2pm on Saturday. Couldn't get into Charlie's display friday but picked up two excellent hen sets saturday. Asked him sales were and he said they were down from last show, tons of lookers but few buyers.
