No, the last time I sent anything to or from europe was in the 90's while stationed in germany and that was through the american post office on base.

I think I sent flies to you for about $3.50. That was using a baggie and padded 6X9 envelope to send them. A fly box will raise it considerably. The new rates will probably push it to $4.00.
Sending them to Canada in a fly box, cost about $8.00 at the same time.
