most online shops will be within a few dollars of each other on all those items. if you want to save a few bucks look for one that cuts you a break on shipping. Frankly, I only deal with a very few retailers and that is because they have given excellent service. I would rather spend a buck or two more on an item and get great service than have to wait weeks while someone has to get it in stock then ship it to me.
Also, if you have not yet ordered your blank then the but dia. should be listed in the catalog. if .360 is too big you can always shim it with some foam arbors. I looked at a few model in the length and wt you want and they are running in the .280 area. so you would have to make up about 5/64"
The only things we permanently keep, are those we give away-Waite Philips
Depending on which particular Lemke seat that I sell, my std bore is .375, .4375. or .500, and am working on a mandrell for .312 for the smaller rod blanks
Just got off the phone with st croix he said it had a 3.5 tip and at the winding check diameter was 9/32 and at the bottom of seat was 19/64.Guides were #12 stripper,3 #4's and 4 #3's.
To ad got off the phone with Bob at mud hole and placed a order.Tich single foot guides,Fuji sic stripper, tich winding check and hook keeper and a Rec nbm fiddle back tiger stripe reel seat.Goduster correct bore is .375 and as most will need arbor.
