    That was a great read. Thanks. Never had the permit here in Maine. But went with freinds, not as much work as you people have to do. And really love the taste of Moose.

    They often come to town to visit us here lol

    tlerm and Bob9 are the only two to request the moose hair... Just need a mailing address from each of you. The wait may be significant as the hide is THICK and it is wet...

    I bet you think my location is an accident!

    This past spring a cow and calf moose came into our yard... a very common thing here... but one of them got hung up jumping the gate and left a LOT of hair on the fence as well as bending the "decorative" scroll work atop the gate... I posted photos of the hair and the visitors at the time.

    I have only met one other person named Eben and that is Montana. Never thought to ask where that name came from.
