plannettrout - those look excellent - can I ask what the dubbing is behind the bead, is that some kind of sparkle chenille wound round the hook? And I assume the body is flash or ribbon with wire ribbing. If these work on the Farmy, I'm using the hooks ASAP.Originally Posted by planettrout

I use a lot of Midge Patterns tied on red hooks from Daiichi and Gamakatsu. My son Michael, who lives across the river from you, took a bunch to try out on the Swift and Farmington. They really work well here in CA, on Eastern Sierra tailwaters...
