    Default Fall Sedge

    The Fall Sedge is my most productive Speckled Sedge emerger pattern. When the big cinnamons show, it is my go-to pattern.

    Hook: Caddis Emerger #10
    Thread: Rusty Brown Uni 6/0
    Abdomen: Hareline #25
    Rib: Small Light Brown Body Glass
    Thorax: Amber Ice-dub behind Peacock Ice-Dub
    Hackle: Natural CDC/Tan CDC 1 each
    Wing: Wood Duck flank
    Wingcase: Wild Turkey wing fibers (coated w/Sally's)
