Some places the leaves are just starting to turn in Maine. Mostly it's the maples with a few oaks I've seen in the Western portion of the state.

Saw on the new hear in Greenville, SC that the leaves would be turning much earlier this year due to the rain and the leaves' steams actually almost like rotting off.

I just returned from a 10 day vacation and when I was cutting the grass I notice tons of leaves have falling from the trees here in Tennessee, not sure if it's from lack of rain or the length of daylight. Seems way to early for leaves dropping off already.

every year for along time they have said that colors here arent as much cause of dry summers, this year we have had rain all the way threw, spring up until now, grass never went brown, flowers stayed blooming, still are... so unless we have had to much rain, from all the no rain no color reports, with the rain, we should have the best colors here we have had in twenty years or so, give or take... me myself am waiting to see painted mountains in full color ...
