    In by email:

I am trying to find some help in repairing a TF 1086-4 IMX G Loomis rod. Any
help on blank suggestions or other rods blanks made on the same mandrile would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your

Perhaps the best advice I can offer is to get in touch with Loomis or their warranty shop for the repair. I have found that most top name rod companies will do what they can to get you back into fishing with their product. The entire rod would have to be sent so the best possible match could be found for the damaged section. The price you would pay hopefully would be well worth it. Good luck in your search.

If it is not under warranty, take a look at Tackleworks, perhaps there is a local builder that might take a look at the damage and possible repair it/
