    That is a good looking fly box. I would encourage you to try a dropper underneath, bream killers are probably my favorite, easy to tie and effective. Two'fers are a lot of fun.

    In my non-stop efforts to get a two-fer, I've never actually taken one. I suppose you're referring specifically to a fish taking one fly, then a second fish taking the second, and landing them both?

    I think dots on the belly of the fly probably have more effect than eyes to, although I religiously paint or glue eyes on every popper I make. Of late, I have wondered if the body isn't really just a support system for the feathers and legs which may be the real lure or attraction of the popper fly.

    I want to second this. I am almost positive that you could throw a floating turd in the water, and a turd with legs, and the fish will eat the one with the legs.
