I did several trips with him on the Au Sable and Manistee Rivers. Great guy. I remember him chastising my fishing partner for making too many false cast "Put it on the water, there aren't any fish in the air!!". I have a quilt hanging I my bedroom from the 2006 Michigan Fish- In that he signed along with everyone else.
