Drove to the headwaters of the North fork of the Shenandoah and caught a redeye bass, small bow, and a magnificent knotty head - he looked like was wearing a spiked helmet - all on the PSC. Also saw a pileated woodpecker and, a first for me, a male scarlet tanager. And picked up some 17 month cured VA ham at Fulks Run (Turner hams, best of the best) on the way home.

John, could this be the first knotty head caught on the PSC??
