Default A thought for you furlers

Ok, realize that this is coming from total ignorance. I love to fish furled leaders, but don't have the time to do my own...

Have any of you who furl thread leaders ever considered furling glow in the dark thread? The thread is usually whitish, so it would blend against the "sky" of silver in a night time stream. But I was thinking one could hit a couple of inches of the leader with a flashlight, and use the glow spot as an indicator...

May be outa my gourd, but such is life.

Been furling glow in the dark thread for over 5 years. The guys that fish the hex hatch in Michigan love em. I sell quite a few each year.

es there are different color glow threads, but they all glow the same color, sort of a pale green.
