Bill, you should do well with those. Renosky used to make a 1" plastic crawfish. It was the next best thing to a live cricket. I guess it was not a profitable product but it completely disappeared from stores, I search every Walmart I could for a couple of years.

these wax worms are made from silicone not rubber so they look & feel real. I got these from e bay

Mr. Twister makes a 1 1/4" soft plastic crawfish, suitable for panfish. You could probably put one on a wet fly hook and throw it with a fly rod.

I have a soft crawfish marketed by "Trout Magnet" I think it was. I haven't gotten around to flinging them yet.

why throw something fake.....when a even a simple person can tie their own...and be proud that "said" fly caught many!!!
