Reels to compliment bamboo rods

I recently picked up four custom made, gently used Pine River Fly Rods. 3 are 6/7 wts., the remaining rod is a 4wt. I've cast one of the 6/7 wts. with a standard el-cheapo reel that weighs around 5.6 oz - balances great.

With that said, what would you rig these fine rods up with? Something old? Something new? Would it make a difference if you were GUIDING with these rods?
