processing hackle birds

As many of you know, Denny Conrad has retired and I have taken over his genetic hackle birds. Have just finished processing about 100 birds, and only have a few roosters left to finish for the time being. A lot of work, but they are turning out great. Hoping to still fit some time in this weekend for some fishing on the Coeur D'Alene.

Congrads on your first big processing. I know it was a lot of work. Now, hopefully many of my old friends and customers will clean your inventory out.
