Northfork blank

I am having a 4WT built and looked at a northfork blank today. Does anyone have any experience or info on these rods? I know it is G Loomis's new co. The blank is lite as a feather.

Spoke with Gary last year at a show and he's telling me that they are fantastic blanks. Both 4 and 5wt trout blanks are light,fast with a soft tip but not too soft. He built the blanks by increasing the modulus to make a fast and light blank but also brought up the hoop strength to lessen the chance of breakage. He feels that both need to be done to have a good,sensitive rod.

Thanks for the input. My fishin' is building a 9' 5 wt for himself and the blank feels great.
