I want to replace my SA Nymph line on my TFO Pro 6wt. I'm looking at the RIO Gold and also the Hook & Hackle Rise. Any suggestions on the quality of either of these? Thanks!

I have been using the Rio Gold fly lines for years, great fly line. I mainly use mine on dry fly rigs, but it would handle any fly you cast.
For nymphing, if you are going to be using a large nymphing rig (strike indicator, split shot, large heavy top fly and a bead head dropper) I would suggest the Rio Indicator line, that is what I use on the larger rivers in WA and Montana.
Rio makes great lines, you can't go wrong.

Have not used H&H lines so no comment on those, but you can't go wrong with Rio lines. I like them so much that I have and use the grand, the tropical floating Inter tip, and a skagit short.
All the best.

I completely agree with Sagefisher.
Rio Gold is a great line. Well suited for dries and fishing smaller stuff.
Of course, you can nymph fish with it as well.
But if you are going to be doing mainly nymphing and/or bigger, heavier stuff, the Rio Indicator line is great.
I own both lines. I use the Rio gold on 4 & 5 wt rods. I use the Rio Indicator line on a 6wt Winston BIIx.

Thanks for the info guys!
